Shipping information

Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. Normal order processing time is 3-5 business days after receipt of payment. Our shipping charges are based on the final weight of your package as well as your location. Your order will be sent out with our most suitable delivery partner. The delivery method will depend also on your location. We use Omniva and DPD services to deliver your order. After your order has been shipped, we provide you with a link to track your package online.

International shipping taxes

There can be additional duties and taxes applied upon receipt of your shipment. These duties and taxes are to be paid by the recipient. Villa Sillat is not required to inform customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to customer.
Please understand that order processing can be longer during  holidays, weekends and sale times.

Please note that our shipping policy allows for a maximum weight limit per order. If your order exceeds this weight limit, we kindly recommend that you consider placing multiple orders.
