A full refund, including any postage cost will be provided only if the result of our error or if the item is faulty. The returning goods must be in the same condition and must not be used.
If You would like to exchange an item, please notify us via email to email@example.com. We can exchange your item for the same item of different color or a similar item. The exchange of the product takes place at the expense of the customer, who also pays for the return postage and the exchange postage. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges on special orders made for you.
Once received, goods that are unwanted, may be returned for a full refund. Please note that the initial delivery charges are only refundable for incorrect goods.You can return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
